The BiUM Library is proud to host a SYRCLE Workshop on November 9th.

The workshop is organised by RESAL (Réseau des animaleries lémaniques) and aims for researchers to acquire practical knowledge of how to conduct systematic reviews in the field of animal studies.

SYRCLE (SYstematic Review Centre for Laboratory animal Experimentation) was officially founded in 2012. In 2008/2009, research staff had already shifted their focus from the 3Rs towards systematic reviews (SR), because these are a method to identify, appraise, select and syntheses all available research results. SRs help to improve scientific quality, facilitate the implementation of the 3Rs and  aid in securing patient safety.

Teachers for this workshop: Dr. Rob de Vries and Dr. Judith van Luijk
