“You’ve got to eat !” : 2 – Too sweet, too salty, too fatty !

In the second Collections Focus linked to VU.CH’s exhibition on food, BiUM explores ultra-processed foods. These products, often too rich in sugar, salt and fat, are explained by Sylvie Borloz, deputy head of the dietetics department at CHUV, through three supermarket-bought products: cold ginger tea, cookies and spinach pancakes.
