Negotiations between swissuniversities and Wiley resulted in a new Read&Publish agreement for the 2025-2027 period.

This agreement, retroactive to January 1^st, grants UNIL / CHUV / Unisanté community:

• Full read access to Wiley’s portfolio, i.e. 1,350 titles;
• Open Access publishing at no cost for eligible corresponding authors in 1,290 hybrid journals, plus 600 additional gold journals newly included in this agreement;
• The agreement also explicitly regulates the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for analyzing  the publisher’s publications in the context of research, teaching and innovation.

Articles accepted on or after January 1^st 2025 and initially published as closed access will be converted to Open Access at no cost. UNPAID invoices for Gold Open Access publications submitted since Jan. 1^st 2025 will be cancelled. Invoices already paid cannot be reimbursed.
