Discontinuation of UNIL reimbursements for Open Access publication fees with Taylor and Francis publishing house

Information for FBM authors at UNIL/CHUV/Unisanté,

Please note that the annual quota for articles whose publication costs in Open Access with the publishing house Taylor & Francis subsidized by UNIL is unfortunately reached.

From now on and until January 1st 2022, your APCs fees will no longer be paid by UNIL and the publication invoice will be sent directly to you by the journal. We remind you that within the framework of the Read & Publish license negotiated at the national level by swissuniversities with the publishing house Taylor and Francis, the number of articles is subject to a fixed annual quota (255, 357 and 449 articles respectively) during the first three years (2021, 2022 and 2023).

Once this quota is exceeded, UNIL recommends that you follow the Green Open Access road with your author manuscript by depositing it and putting it in Open Access on Serval. Our FBM service is at your disposal to help you to carry out this task which is not always easy to understand in terms of copyright. Contact us for more information
