The University Library of Medicine conducted a satisfaction survey for persons who received support for their scientific literature research. The online and anonymous survey covered the year 2018.

With a response rate close to 53%, the results are encouraging. More than 80% of participants indicated that they consider that this service has greatly contributed to the success of their research project. More than 9 out of 10 recipients would definitely recommend the service.

The improvements to be considered regard speed of processing, clarity of reporting and visibility of the service. Furthermore, 85% of the respondents had requested this research support for the first time in 2018.

We would like to warmly thank the survey participants for allowing us to improve our service.
